Membership Terms

What a membership is

A membership is a monthly plan with Lionesse Ohana, Inc. that includes the treatments listed for your plan on the Treatments page, at the monthly price shown there.

Renewal and billing

• Your membership renews automatically every month, at the price shown for your plan, until you cancel.
• We bill you only after you have agreed to these terms. We confirm your start date and price by email.
• We will tell you by email before any change to the price takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.

Using your plan

• Included treatments are for the month they are billed for and do not roll over unless we agree in writing.
• Appointments follow our cancellation policy: please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Treatments may need a consultation and a signed intake and consent form first.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] with your name and the words “cancel my membership”. We confirm the cancellation by email and no further monthly charge is made after the date we confirm. Treatments already used in a month you paid for are not refundable.

When we confirm your membership we email you a copy of these terms and the cancellation steps so you can keep them.
