Who we are

Lionesse Ohana, Inc. is a wellness and beauty studio in Aiea, Hawaii. “We” and “us” mean Lionesse Ohana, Inc..

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Payment

Payments are taken securely by Stripe and charged when you place the order. Pay-over-time options such as Affirm are subject to the provider's eligibility check and terms; see our Financing page.

Shipping and returns

All sales are final and there are no refunds. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit. Full details, including shipping, are on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing in them limits a right you have under Hawaii or federal law, for example if a product arrives defective or is not what we described.

Professional devices

Devices are professional cosmetic equipment sold with the manufacturer's instructions. Any warranty is the manufacturer's; its written terms are available from us on request. Devices are not medical treatments and we make no claim that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Treatments, appointments and results

• Treatments are cosmetic and wellness services. We are not a medical practice and do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Results vary and are not guaranteed.
• Some treatments need a consultation, a signed intake and consent form and a contraindication review before we provide them. We may decline or stop a treatment if it is not suitable for you. Please give us accurate and complete health information.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation or a missed appointment may count as a used visit of a prepaid course and may affect later bookings.
• Prepaid courses and treatments already provided are not refundable.

Gift cards

We do not currently sell gift cards.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide this website “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lionesse Ohana, Inc., its owners, team members and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of use, arising from your use of the website, our products or our services. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law forbids excluding it, or any right you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute about them, our products or our services are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a legal claim, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any claim that remains must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii, and you and we consent to those courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
