How your order reaches you, and our return policy. Effective October 6, 2026.
Pickup and shipping
- Pickup is free at 98-1005 Moanalua Rd, Aiea, HI 96701, by appointment. We will contact you when your order is ready.
- We ship within the United States only. Shipping is $20; orders of $1,000 or more ship free.
- Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 5 business days of payment. You will receive tracking by email. Delivery times are the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee.
- Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- If a package arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
Return policy
- No refunds. We accept returns of unopened products only, within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
- An approved return is exchanged or credited to your account for future purchases.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Return the product unopened and in its original packaging.
- You pay the cost of shipping a return unless the return is because of our error.
- Professional devices may be returned only unopened, in their original sealed packaging, within 14 days. A device that has been opened, unpacked or used cannot be returned; any warranty is the manufacturer's.
- Treatments, prepaid courses and memberships are not refundable once purchased. See the Terms of Sale and Membership terms.
- This policy does not limit any right you have under Hawaii or federal law, including for a defective product.
